• Processing Time: All orders are verified, packed, and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an automated email once your package leaves our logistics center.

• Estimated Delivery Times:

  • United States: 7 to 12 business days.

  • International / Rest of the World: 10 to 20 business days (depending on local customs processes).

• Order Tracking: Every order includes a real-time tracking number. Your tracking link will become active 2 to 4 days after dispatch, as international carriers require this time to update their online systems.

• Shipping Address Responsibility: It is the buyer's sole responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. If you spot an error, contact our support team immediately. Once the order has been processed by the factory, we are unable to reroute the shipment.

• Customs & Duties: For the vast majority of international shipments, packages do not incur extra fees. However, any customs duties or taxes established by the destination country's government are the customer's responsibility.
